项目成本管理直接关系项目的投资效益和经济效益,涉及科技水平、建筑业进步和提高劳动生产等。但目前的工程造价管理远没有适应建筑业的发展,仍存在着许多严重问题。
Project cost management is directly related to the investment and economic benefits of the project,involving the level of science and technology,the progress of the construction industry and the improvement of labor production.However,the current project cost management is far from adapting to the development of the construction industry,and there are still many serious problems in the project cost management mode,which hinder its development.
