摘要
食品安全与我们的民众基本生存息息相关,是人们生命安全和身体健康的重要保障。随着人们生活水平的提高,"吃得好、吃得健康、吃得安全"成为公众普遍关注的话题。然而社会和市民百姓对食品安全的期望与目前监管情况看还存在一定差距,通过构建社会共治模式,将食品监管群体由机关扩展至社会公众,进一步扩大监督主体,起到维护消费者利益,确保食品安全,维护市场稳定。
Food safety is closely related to the basic survival of our people,and it is an important guarantee for people’s life safety and health.With the improvement of people’s living standard,"eating well,eating healthily and eating safely"has become a topic of general public concern.However,there is still a certain gap between the expectations of the society and the people for food safety and the current supervision situation.By building a model of social co-governance,the food supervision group will be extended from the organs to the public,and the main body of supervision will be further expanded to safeguard the interests of consumers,ensure food safety and maintain market stability.
