单支锉对弯曲根管成形能力的Micro-CT研究

摘要 目的评价BS镍钛系统维持根管解剖原始形态的能力。方法将20个离体牙根按照随机数表法分为两组(n=10),分别用BS蓝色小旋风(BS组)和WaveOne(WO组)以逐步深入法预备根管。预备后用Micro-CT对各牙进行扫描,Mimics软件测量其近远中根管壁的厚度,计算距根尖1 mm、3 mm、5 mm、7 mm、9 mm处根管偏移量。结果与WO组相比,BS组1 mm(0.081±0.001 vs 0.099±0.008)、3 mm(0.092±0.003 vs 0.102±0.003)、5 mm(0.115±0.004 vs 0.146±0.003)根管偏移量显著减小,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);BS组7 mm(0.127±0.001 vs0.128±0.001)、9 mm(0.128±0.003 vs 0.127±0.002)根管偏移量比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论对中度弯曲根管进行预备时,BS镍钛系统能较好得维持其根管原始走向。 Objective To evaluate the ability of BS nickel titanium(Ni-Ti)system to maintain the anatomical primitive form of root canals.Methods Twenty isolated roots were randomly divided into BS blue cyclone group(BS group,n=10)and WaveOne group(WO group,n=10),which were prepared with BS blue cyclone and WaveOne nickel titanium system respectively by step-down technique.The thickness of root canal wall was measured by Mimics software after Micro-CT scaning.The root canal deviation was calculated from the apex at 1 mm,3 mm,5 mm,7 mm,and 9 mm.Results The root canal deviation of BS group at 1 mm,3 mm,5 mm away from the apex was smaller than that in WO group(P<0.05):(0.081±0.001 vs 0.099±0.008),(0.092±0.003 vs 0.102±0.003),(0.115±0.004 vs 0.146±0.003).There was no significant difference between the two groups at 7 mm and 9 mm away from the apex(P>0.05):(0.127±0.001 vs0.128±0.001),(0.128±0.003 vs 0.127±0.002).Conclusion In the preparation of moderately curved root canal,BS nickel titanium system can maintain maintain primitive form of root canals.
