摘要
随着焚烧设施不断建成投产,焚烧飞灰的规范处理成为社会关注的新焦点。上海多次颁布相关政策,严格规范焚烧飞灰的预处理、运输和填埋全过程。分析了上海某焚烧设施飞灰的典型案例,采用HJ 557-2010固体废物浸出毒性浸出方法水平振荡法,原灰Pb浸出浓度达127.2 mg/L,远远超出其余同类设施的飞灰浸出毒性。浸出方法对浸出毒性影响很大,采用HJ/T 300-2007固体废物浸出毒性浸出方法醋酸缓冲溶液法,Pb浓度为45.1 mg/L。投加4.1%的螯合剂后,螯合后飞灰可稳定满足安全、卫生2项填埋入场标准。
As incineration facilities continue to be built and put into operation,the standard treatment of incineration fly ash is becoming a new focus of social concern.Specific regulations were promulgated in Shanghai to regulate the whole process of pre-treatment,transportation and landfill of incineration fly ash.Typical case of fly ash from a incineration plant in Shanghai was analyzed.With horizontal vibration method in HJ 557-2010,the leaching toxicity of Pb was 127.2 mg/L,much higher than samples from other incineration plants.The leaching toxicity was greatly affected by the leaching method.With acetic acid buffer solution method in HJ/T 300-2007,the leaching of Pb was 45.1 mg/L.After the addition of 4.1%(mass ratio)chelating agent,the chelating fly ash can both meet the criteria for landfill admission of safety and hygiene.
