摘要
目的:探讨动态心电图在心房颤动患者诊治中的临床疗效。方法:选择2017年1月~2018年12月本院收治的46例心房颤动患者作为观察组,同时选取同期在本院进行健康体检的44例健康体检者作为健康对照组,所有研究对象均进行动态心电图检查,对比两组研究对象的P波离散度(Pd)、P波最小时限(Pmin)、P波最大时限(Pmax)。结果:观察组的Pd、Pmax均明显高于对照组,Pmin明显低于对照组,均有P<0.05。结论:在心房颤动患者诊治中应用动态心电图检查,测定其Pd、Pmin、Pmax对房颤的病情评估具有重要的参考价值。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with atrial fibrillation.Methods:Forty-six patients with atrial fibrillation admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the case group,and 44 healthy patients who underwent health examinations in our hospital during the same period were selected as healthy control groups.In the dynamic electrocardiogram examination,the P wave dispersion(Pd),P wave minimum time(Pmin),and P wave maximum time(Pmax)of the two groups of subjects were compared.Results:The Pd and Pmax of the case group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the Pmin was significantly lower than that of the control group,both P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with atrial fibrillation has important guiding significance.The determination of Pd,Pmin,and Pmax has important reference value for the evaluation of atrial fibrillation.
