摘要
目的:探讨心脏彩色多普勒超声诊断高血压左室肥厚伴心力衰竭的临床价值。方法:选取2017年7月~2019年6月在本院治疗的44例高血压左心室肥厚患者为观察组,同时,选取同期健康体检者44例为对照组。所有患者均进行心脏彩色多普勒超声检查,对比两组患者的心功能指标以及不同心功能分级患者的相关性。结果:观察组患者的LVESd、LVEDd、LVFS明显高于对照组,LVEF、E/Ea明显低于对照组(P<0.05);心功能Ⅱ、Ⅲ级患者的LVEDd、LAD明显高于Ⅰ级,LVEF明显低于Ⅰ级(P<0.05);心功能Ⅲ级患者的LVEDd、LAD明显高于Ⅱ级,LVEF明显低于Ⅱ级(P<0.05)。结论:合并心力衰竭的高血压左室肥厚患者LVESd、LVEDd、LVFS等指标上升,E/Ea、LVEF等指标降低,且心功能分级越高,其LVEF越低,LVEDd、LAD指标越高,可为临床诊断、病情严重性评估、治疗方案制定提供重要信息。
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of hypertension left ventricular hypertrophy with heart failure.Methods:From July 2017 to June 2019,44 patients with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy treated in our hospital were selected as the study.At the same time,44 healthy subjects who were examined during the same period were selected as the control group.All patients underwent cardiac color Doppler ultrasonography to compare the cardiac function indexes of the two groups of patients and the correlation between patients with different cardiac function grades.Results:The LVESd,LVEDd,and LVFS of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and LVEF and E/Ea were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The LVEDd and LAD of patients with cardiac functionⅡandⅢwere significantly higher than those ofⅠand LVEF LVEDd and LAD in patients with cardiac functionⅢwere significantly higher thanⅡ,and LVEF was significantly lower thanⅡ(P<0.05).Conclusion:LVESd,LVEDd,LVFS and other indicators increase in patients with hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy with heart failure,and E/Ea,LVEF and other indicators decrease.The higher the cardiac function rating,the lower the LVEF,the higher the LVEDd,LAD indicators,and the Provide important information for clinical diagnosis,disease severity assessment,and treatment plan development.
