摘要
介绍了齿轮轴常见的失效形式,针对试验中失效零件,对其进行宏观断口检查、金相组织、硬度、磨削烧伤等分析,结果表明:齿轮齿根应力集中形成多源疲劳断裂,最终导致断齿。同时提出改进措施,有效解决了断齿问题,为解决变速器齿轮轴断齿问题提供思路。
The common failure modes of gear shafts are introduced.Macro fracture inspection,metallographic structure,hardness,grinding burns and other analysis are performed on the failed parts during the test.The results show that the stress concentration of the gear root causes multi-source fatigue fracture,which eventually leads to broken teeth.Improvement measures are proposed to effectively solve the problem of broken teeth and provide ideas for solving the problem of broken gear teeth of the transmission gear shaft.
