摘要
新中国成立以来,有关“九一八”纪念的制度设计不断完善,直至迈入新世纪后,每年皆按时举行“九一八”纪念成为定制。“九一八”纪念活动的形式随着时代发展不断演进,同时,纪念区域以沈阳为核心逐步向全国扩展。在纪念话语上,其内涵主旨亦呈嬗变之势,从最初的“革命”宣传最终衍化为“实现中华民族伟大复兴”。在“九一八”纪念体系渐趋完善的背后,也存在诸多值得深思之处。将“九一八”纪念上升为国家行为,使之制度化、规范化、日常化,不仅是当下社会的普遍呼声,也应成为今后的努力方向。
Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the system design of the commemoration of"September 18 th"has been constantly improved.Until entering the new century,the commemoration of"September 18 th"has been held on time every year and become customized.With the development of the times,the form of the commemorative activities of"September 18 th"has been evolving.At the same time,the commemorative area,with Shenyang as its core,has gradually expanded to the whole country.In terms of commemorative discourse,its connotation tends to change,from the initial"revolution"propaganda to the ultimate"realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation".Behind the gradual improvement of the commemorative system of September 18 th,there are also many things worth pondering.It is not only the general voice of the present society,but also the direction of future efforts to upgrade the commemoration of September 18 th to national behavior and make it institutionalized,standardized and daily.
