摘要
近年来,随着研究生报考人数和高校研究生招生规模的不断增加,高校研究生数量随之扩大。这使得高校研究生教育教学管理难度在一定程度上有所增加,同时也给研究生教育教学管理工作带来新的挑战。基于此,文章主要基于国内高校研究生教育教学管理策略的构建展开系统分析,并结合当前时代发展特点,有针对性地提出高校研究生教育管理策略。
In recent years,with the increasing number of postgraduate students applying for the examination and the enrollment scale of postgraduate students in colleges and universities,the number of postgraduate students in colleges and universities has gradually expanded,which makes the management of postgraduate education and teaching in colleges and universities more difficult to a certain extent.At the same time,it also brings new challenges to the management of postgraduate education and teaching.Based on this,this paper mainly analyzes the construction of the management strategy of postgraduate education and teaching in domestic colleges and universities,and designs the management strategy of postgraduate education in colleges and universities according to the characteristics of the development of the current era.
