摘要
齐越先生的育人工作贯穿于他整个播音和教育工作生涯。齐越为创立具有中国社会主义特色的播音理论体系作出了不懈的努力,从而在学生人格、实践能力、综合能力、创新精神、教学方法上形成了自己的一套独到的教育观念。齐越的教育观具有系统性和实践性,可广泛应用于多学科实用型、创新型、复合型人才的培养,对中国新时代的教育改革创新工作有重要的指导作用。
The educational work of Mr.Qi Yue ran through his entire broadcast and teaching career.Qi Yue had made great efforts on the establishment of Chinese Broadcast Theory and the training of broadcast talents of New China.He had formed a set of unique concepts of education in shaping students’personality,professional skills,practical ability,innovative consciousness,comprehensive quality and other aspects.Qi Yue’s educational view is systematic and practical,can be widely used in the cultivation of multidisciplinary practical,innovative and compound talents.It plays an important guiding role in China’s education reform and innovation in the new era.
