摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定龙金通淋胶囊中龙胆苦苷含量测定的不确定度评定方法。方法:通过建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定龙金通淋中龙胆苦苷含量的数学模型,分析不确定度的来源,并对各个不确定度分量、合成不确定度进行评估,得出扩展不确定度。结果:高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定龙金通淋胶囊中龙胆苦苷含量为4.57 mg/粒,置信概率P为95%时,其扩展不确定度为0.18 mg,测定结果可以表示为(4.57±0.18)mg,k=2。结论:该法可用于高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定龙金通淋胶囊中龙胆苦苷含量的不确定度分析。
Objective To establish the general method of Uncertainty analysis on gentiopicrin content determination of longjin tonglin capsule by HPLC.Methods By establishing the mathematical model for the determination of gentiopicrin in longjintonglin capsule was established by HPLC,The source of uncertainty is analyzed,and the uncertainty component and synthetic uncertainty are evaluated,and the extended uncertainty is obtained.Results HPLC external standard method showed gentiopicrin content determination of longjin tonglin capsule 4.57 mg/grains,when the fiducial probability P was 95%,the extended uncertainty is 0.18mg,and the measurement result can be expressed as(4.57±0.18)mg,k=2.Conclusion The method can be used to determine the uncertainty of gentiopicrin content determination of longjin tonglin capsule by HPLC.
