摘要
介绍了多目标设计研究方法的优点,并详细介绍了挖掘机起吊能力计算中在已知起吊半径和起吊高度时对应的动臂油缸和斗杆油缸长度的理论推导,编写了油缸长度计算程序,最后详细介绍了基于Pro/Engineer的多目标设计研究方法的具体操作步骤。
This paper introduces the advantages of multi-objective design research method and the theoretical deduction of the length of the boom cylinder and stick cylinder corresponding to the known lifting radius and lifting height in the calculation of lifting capacity of excavator is introduced in detail.Besides,a program for calculating cylinder length is compiled.Finally,the operation method of Pro/Engineer multi-objective design research method is introduced in detail.
