生物质炭和磷肥施用对土壤和小白菜中微量元素的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Biochar and Phosphate Fertilizer Application on Micronutrients in Soil and Chinese Cabbage

摘要 采用盆栽试验,探究生物质炭(Biochar, BC)单独施用(B1 1.5%、B2 3.0%,土壤质量分数),磷肥单独施用(P1 50 kg·ha^-1、P2 100 kg·ha^-1),两者配施(P1B1、P1B2、P2B1、P2B2)对小白菜生物量以及土壤和小白菜中微量元素的影响.结果表明,小白菜生物量在BC单独施用条件下增加159%~244%,在两者配合施用条件下增加136%~295%.土壤中全量Mn、Cu、Zn、Mo含量在磷肥单独施用处理中基本无变化;在BC单独施用处理中土壤全量Mn和全量Mo含量增加,而全量Cu和全量Zn含量变化亦不大.与对照土壤相比, BC单独施用或两者配施处理土壤有效态Mn含量显著增加,有效态Cu含量下降.此外, BC单独施用或两者配施均提高了小白菜对Mn、Cu、Mo的吸收,但BC单独施用显著降低了小白菜对Zn的吸收. A pot experiment was conducted to investigate the influence of applying Biochar(BC) and phosphate fertilizer on the concentrations of micronutrients(Mn, Cu, Zn, Mo) of soil and Chinese cabbage. There were nine treatments including CK(the control, no fertilizer), B1(BC application rate as 1.5% soil dry weight basis), B2(BC application rate as 3.0% soil dry weight basis), P1(50 kg·ha^-1 phosphate fertilizer), P2(100 kg·ha^-1 phosphate fertilizer) and P1B1, P1B2, P2B1, P2B2(BC combination with phosphate fertilizer). The results showed that the biomass of Chinese cabbage was increased by 136%~295% or 159%~244% for BC application with or without phosphate fertilizer, respectively. There were no differences in the concentrations of total Mn, Cu, Zn, Mo of soil with phosphate fertilizer application alone, but the concentrations of total Mn and Mo of soil were increased, and those of Cu and Zn of soil had no obvious change with BC application alone. Compared with the control soil, the application of BC combination with or without phosphate fertilizer significantly increased the concentration of soil available Mn, but decreased the concentration of soil available Cu. In addition, BC application combination with or without phosphate fertilizer also significantly increased the absorption of Mn, Cu and Mo to Chinese cabbage plant, but BC application alone decreased the absorption of Zn to Chinese cabbage plant.
