摘要
在现代工业企业中,设备的自动化程度越来越高,自动控制系统在当代企业中已十分常见。而自动控制系统多数是对模拟量逬行控制,如物料的流量、压力等。为实现对这些模拟量的精确控制,现代自动控制系统多数采用闭环控制,这就需要对模拟量进行采集。然而,在工业设备应用中,为了使模拟量信号稳定、可靠的输出,需要对电压型输出环路检测短路故障,同时还需要对电流型输出检测开路故障的状况。本设计在这一方面极大提高了电子电路的运行状态及故障检测工作的精确性和检测效率,另一方面极大简化了电子电路检测设备的结构,可帮助增强系统总体可靠性,并在和利时自主研发的项目上得到成功应用。
In modern industrial enterprises,the automation of equipment is getting higher and higher,and automatic control systems are very common in contemporary enterprises.Most of the automatic control systems control the analog quantity,such as the flow rate and pressure of the material.In order to achieve precise control of these analog quantities,modern automatic control systems mostly use closed-loop control,which requires the acquisition of analog quantities.However,in industrial equipment applications,in order to make the analog signal stable and output reliable,it is necessary to detect the short-circuit fault of the voltage-type output loop and the open-circuit fault condition of the current-type output.On the one hand,the design greatly improves the operation state of the electronic circuit and the accuracy and detection efficiency of the fault detection work.On the other hand,the structure of the electronic circuit detection device is greatly simplified,and the overall reliability of the system can be enhanced.It has been successfully applied in the project independently developed by Hollysys.
