考虑微凸体相互作用的混合润滑结合面接触刚度模型

摘要 本文在混合润滑结合面法向接触刚度模型的基础上考虑了微凸体相互作用的影响,仿真分析了表面形貌参数对法向接触刚度的影响规律,并与未考虑微凸体相互作用影响的法向接触刚度分形模型进行了对比分析,结果表明:混合润滑状态下结合面法向接触刚度比无润滑结合面法向接触刚度大,表面形貌对结合面法向接触刚度影响较大;所推导模型的预测曲线更加接近实际。 In this paper, the influence of the asperity interaction is considered based on the mixed lubrication contact stiffness model,The influence of surface topography parameters on normal contact stiffness is analyzed by simulation. And the proposed contact stiffness fractal model is compared with the model without considering the asperity interaction.Results of the mathematical analysis shows that the contact stiffness of the joint surface in mixed lubrication is larger than that of the dry joint surface, the interfacial contact stiffness in mixed lubrication is obviously affected by the surface topography;the predicted curve of the proposed model is closer to reality.
