摘要
目的探讨集束化护理干预在机械通气行连续性肾脏替代治疗中的应用。方法选取我院2015年1月至2017年11月期间收治的机械通气行连续性肾脏替代治疗的患者95例,随机分为对照组、观察组,对照组患者47例,对照组患者48例。对照组患者采用常规的护理模式,观察组患者采用集束化护理干预。比较两组患者治疗前后血肌酐水平、血尿素氮水平情况,对比两组患者治疗过程中不良反应发生率,对比两组患者和对医护人员的满意率。结果观察组患者治疗后血肌酐水平、血尿素氮水平下降情况明显优于对照组患者各指标下降情况(P<0.05),观察组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组患者不良反应发生率(P<0.05),观察组患者对医护人员的满意率明显高于对照组患者对医护人员的满意率(P<0.05)。结论集束化护理干预在机械通气行连续性肾脏替代治疗中的应用效果十分理想,临床上值得推广。
Objective To explore the application of cluster nursing intervention in the continuous renal replacement therapy of mechanical ventilation.Methods From January 2015 to November 2017,95 patients undergoing continuous renal replacement therapy were randomly divided into control group(n=47),control group(n=47)and control group(n=48).The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing mode,while those in the observation group were treated with cluster nursing intervention.The serum creatinine level and blood urea nitrogen level were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared,and the satisfaction rate between the two groups and the medical staff was compared.Results The decrease of serum creatinine level and blood urea nitrogen level in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the cluster nursing intervention in the continuous renal replacement therapy of mechanical ventilation is ideal,and it is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
