摘要
目的探究对痔疮术后发生便秘的患者进行中医护理干预的临床效果。方法以我院痔疮术后便秘患者为例,以2017年11月至2019年3月为选取的范围,随机选取100例进行本文研究,按照分组对比的形式,将其分为50例的常规组和50例的中医组,常规组进行常规护理,中医组进行中医护理,对比两种护理方式达到的护理效果。结果在治疗有效率上,中医组明显优于常规组,在术后首次排便时间、平均排便时间上,中医组明显优于常规组,两组对比差异显著,P<0.05。结论对痔疮术后便秘患者进行中医护理干预可以有效的提高治疗效果,明显的改善患者的术后首次排便时间以及平均排便时间。临床效果较好,具有推广的意义。
Objective to explore clinical effect of TCM nursing intervention on constipation patients after hemorrhoids operation.Methods choose 100 cases constipation patients after hemorrhoids operation in our hospital rando mLy from November 2017 to March 2019 as research objects.According to grouping comparison,divide them into routine group 50 cases and traditional Chinese medicine group 50 cases.Routine nursing was treated with routine group,and traditional Chinese medicine group with traditional Chinese medicine nursing.Compare nursing effects of two nursing methods.Results effective treatment rate of traditional Chinese medicine group was better than routine group significantly,the first postoperative defecation time,average defecation time of traditional Chinese medicine group was better than routine group significantly,difference was significant between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM nursing intervention can improve treatment effect of patients with postoperative constipation of hemorrhoids effectively,improve the first defecation time and average defecation time obviously,with good clinical effect and significance of promotion.
