摘要
目的观察分析温阳通络经验方治疗尪痹(寒湿痹阻型)临床效果。方法选取本院(在2018年2月至2019年2月)收治的142例尪痹(寒湿痹阻型)患者,按照不同治疗方法分为对照组(71例,应用甲氨蝶呤片联合来氟米特片传统治疗方法)和实验组(71例,在对照组基础上应用温阳通络经验方治疗方法)。采用统计学分析两组尪痹(寒湿痹阻型)患者的中医症状积分、炎症指标(血沉,C反应蛋白)以及DAS28(病情活动)评分。结果两组尪痹(寒湿痹阻型)患者治疗前炎症指标(血沉,C反应蛋白)比较未有统计学差异(P>0.05),实验组尪痹(寒湿痹阻型)患者治疗后炎症指标(血沉,C反应蛋白)显著低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组尪痹(寒湿痹阻型)患者中医症状积分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),实验组尪痹(寒湿痹阻型)患者DAS28评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温阳通络经验方治疗尪痹(寒湿痹阻型)临床效果显著。
Objective to observe and analyze clinical effect of warming yang to dredge collaterals empirical prescription in treatment of arthralgia(cold dampness obstruction type).Methods choose142 cases arthralgia patients(cold dampness arthralgia obstruction type)admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019,divide them into two groups according to different treatment Method control group(71 cases,with methotrexate combined with leflunomide traditional treatment)and experimental group(71 cases,with warming yang to dredge collaterals empirical prescription based on control group).Carry on statistical analysis of TCM symptom scores,inflammatory index(ESR,C-reactive protein)and DAS28(disease activity)scoress of two groups.Results inflammatory index(ESR,C-reactive protein)showed no significant difference between two groups(cold dampness arthralgia obstruction type)before treatment(P>0.05).Inflammatory index(ESR,C-reactive protein)after treatment in experimental group was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05);TCM symptom scores in experimental group were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05),DAS28 scores of experimental group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion warming yang to dredge collaterals empirical prescriptio can achieve significant clinical effect on arthralgia(cold dampness obstruction type).
