摘要
目的分析互动式健康教育护理干预对脑梗死患者的认知行为与神经功能造成的影响。方法现将曲靖市第一人民医院神经内科2017年1月至2019年3月收治的60例脑梗死患者作为本次探讨对象,按照不同护理方法进行分组护理,其中分成T组和Y组各30例,Y组给予常规护理干预,T组患者加强互动式健康教育,对比T组和Y组患者护理临床效果。结果护理后T组患者对疾病健康知识认知度、护理依从性及生活质量也均显著提高,患者神经功能障碍得到良好改善,其数据结果同Y组患者数据相比均存在显著优势,经计算组间数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑梗死患者采取互动式健康教育,可有效增强患者对疾病健康知识认知度及护理依从性,改善患者神经功能障碍,提高患者生活质量。
Objective to analyze effect of interactive health education and nursing intervention on cognitive behavior and neurological function of cerebral infarction patients.Methods treat 60 cases cerebral infarction patients admitted to Neurology Department,Qujing City the First People’s Hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 as study objects.Divide them into T group and Y group according to different nursing methods,30 cases in each group.Y group was treated with routine nursing intervention,t group with strengthened interactive health education.Compare clinical effect of nursing in T group and Y group.Results after nursing,T group showed significant improvement in disease health knowledge recognition,nursing compliance and life quality,and neurological dysfunction was improved.Compared with data of Y group,there were significant advantages in data results,data difference showed statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion interactive health education can enhance awareness of disease health knowledge and nursing compliance of cerebral infarction patients effectively,improve their neurological dysfunction and life quality.
