摘要
目的分析BiPAP对慢性心力衰竭合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者心肺功能的改善效果。方法本次研究所选病例均为我院收治的慢性心力衰竭合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者,共80例,纳入病例的时间在2017年1月至2018年5月,将其中选择常规临床治疗的40例患者作为对照组,其余选择BiPAP无创呼吸机进行辅助治疗的40例作为研究组,对2组患者的治疗效果实施观察对比。结果经治疗后,研究组患者的心肺功能指标明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,对照组的治疗总有效率为77.50%,研究组患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论BiPAP无创呼吸机治疗对改善慢性心力衰竭合并睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者心肺功能的疗效显著,有助于患者心肺功能恢复,值得临床推广及运用。
Objective to analyze cardiopulmonary function improvement effect of BiPAP on chronic heart failure patients with sleep apnea syndrome.Methods choose 80 cases chronic heart failure patients with sleep apnea syndrome from January 2017 to may 2018 in study.40 cases in control group were tretaed with with routine clinical treatment,and 40 cases in auxiliary treatment group with BiPAP non-invasive ventilator.Observe and compare treatment effect of two groups.Results after treatment,cardiopulmonary function index of study group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05),total effective rate of study group was 95.00%,significantly better than 77.50%of control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion BiPAP non-invasive ventilator treatment can achieve significant curative effect on cardiopulmonary function improvement of chronic heart failure patients with sleep apnea syndrome,help recove cardiopulmonary function,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
