西安地铁屏蔽门系统区间热环境分析及变频通风策略 被引量:5

Theoretical Analysis of Inter-Zone Thermal Environment and Variable Frequency Ventilation Scheme of the Screen Door System in Xi’An Metro

摘要 本文以西安市某在建地铁屏蔽门系统区间为研究对象,分析研究地铁区间活塞风效应对区间热环境的影响,并根据变频技术提出一套通风策略。本文结合FLUENT流体力学仿真分析软件,以西安某在建地铁工程为研究实例,通过对地铁隧道内选定的测试断面的风速和温度进行模拟计算,进一步理解活塞风对于地铁系统内空气流动特性的影响规律。然后,通过对地铁该段区间各气流出入口的换热量的计算以及区间得热和失热总量预估不开启轨顶、轨底排热风机情况下区间内热平衡情况以及仍需补充的轨顶、轨底机械排风量。最后,根据探讨的区间内气流运动规律、考虑机械通风与活塞风的耦合,针对目前地铁通风变频系统提出以列车车头驶过活塞风口为界调控通风量的变频技术策略。 This paper studies the influence of the piston wind effect on the inter-zone thermal environment of the screen door system of a metro line under construction in Xi'An,and proposes a ventilation scheme based on the frequency conversion technology.In this paper,combining with the FLUENT,the fluid dynamics simulation analysis softw are,a metro line project under construction in Xi'An is taken as an example to further understand the influence law of piston wind on the airflow characteristics in the metro system through the simulation calculation of the wind speed and tem perature of the selected test section in the metro tunnel.Then,the thermal balance in the inter zone and the mechanical rail-top and rail-flange exhaust air rates to be supplem ented are estimated when the exhaust hot-air blower at the rail top and the rail flange are closed by means of calculating the heat exchange amount,and the total amount of heat gain and loss of each airflow inlet and outlet in the inter zone of the metro.Finally,according to the air flow movement law in the inter zone discussed,the frequency conversion technology scheme of controlling ventilation volume with the boundary of the train head passing through the piston air inlet is proposed against the existing metro ventilation variable frequency system.
