摘要
文章通过对龙陵县原产野生铁核桃资源数量分析,以及核桃枯常规养分、储存期霉菌毒素污染状况检测分析等,从营养价值和饲料卫生安全角度评价了野生铁核桃榨油后副产物核桃枯的饲用价值。结合适度规模家庭养殖在云南省和龙陵县的发展现状,指出野生铁核桃枯是云南山地适度规模家庭养殖的优良饲料资源和补充。
The paper evaluates the wild hard walnut oil by-product from the perspective of nutritional value and feed hygiene safety by analyzing the quantity of wild hard walnut resources originated from Longling county,as well as the analysis of the routine nutrient and storage period mycotoxin contamination of walnut feed value.Combined with the development status of moderate-scale family farming in Yunnan and Longling county,it is pointed out that wild hard walnut is an excellent feed resource and supplement for moderate-scale family farming in Yunnan.
