摘要
国家节水行动方案的发布对我国水资源节约工作提出了更高要求,同时也对节水产业起到了积极推动作用。本文介绍了国家节水行动方案的出台背景,总结剖析了行动方案的3个显著特点--体现国家意志、注重问题导向、强调机制创新,在此基础上,进一步提出推进节水产业发展的建议意见,为培育和推动节水产业提供参考。
The national water-saving action plan puts forward higher requirements for the water resource conservation in China,actively promoting the water saving industry.This paper introduces the background of the national watersaving action plan,and analyzes the three significant characteristics of the plan,that are reflecting the nation’s will,focusing on problem,and emphasizing mechanism innovation.On this basis,it puts forward suggestions to promote the development of water-saving industry,providing reference for the cultivation and promotion of water-saving industry.
