尾矿库坝体土工固结试验研究

摘要 目的:探讨尾矿库坝体土工固结冲填速度慢的影响。方法:在尾矿库坝体两岸的料场进行取样,将土料粘粒含量在12.3%的土工样品设为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组各40组,对照组采用常规尾矿库坝体土工固结方法进行固结试验,观察组在常规固结试验的基础上采用高强度连续冲填的方法进行固结试验,比较两组尾矿库坝体土工固结的冲填速度。结果:实验组与对照组两组在尾矿库坝体土工固结冲填速度方面有显著性差异;实验组的冲填速度是对照组的2.5倍。结论:对尾矿库坝体土工固结给予技术支持,有助于提高冲填速度,具有推广意义。 Objective:To explore the influence of the slow speed of the earth consolidation and filling of tailings dam.Methods:samples were taken at the stock yard on both sides of the dam body of the tailings pond.The geotechnical samples with clay content of 12.3%were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of which was 40 groups.The control group used the conventional consolidation method of the dam body of the tailings pond to carry out the consolidation test,and the observation group used the high-strength continuous filling method to carry out the consolidation test on the basis of the conventional consolidation test The scour and fill speed of geotechnical consolidation of the dam body of group a tailings pond.Results:there was significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in the aspect of the earth consolidation filling speed of the tailings dam body;the filling speed of the experimental group was 2.5 times that of the control group.Conclusion:the technical support for the earth consolidation of tailings dam is helpful to improve the speed of filling and flushing,and has the significance of popularization.
