摘要
铝电解过程是一个极为复杂的物理化学和电化学过程,对原铝品质的影响因素较多。本文对影响原铝质量的主要因素进行了分析,并提出提高原铝质量的解决方法。电解过程要获得优良的原铝质量,必须保证原材料和辅助材料的质量、操作制度的规范、电解工艺条件的匹配。
Aluminum electrolysis is a complex physical-chemical and electrochemical process.There are many factors that can affect quality of primary aluminum.Though the analyses of the impurities in the primary aluminum and their sources,the paper also presents method for the quality of raw and auxiliary material,reasonable technical conditions,which can guarantee to produce primary aluminum with high quality.
