摘要
简要介绍了铸造用人工砂的研制和应用情况。介绍了宝珠砂、CB砂、Spheresand砂及陶粒砂等铸造用人工砂的原料、生产工艺、理化性能及应用等。铸造用人工砂具有较高的耐火度、良好的粒形、低的热膨胀系数及接近中性的化学性质等优点,几乎可以应用于所有的砂型铸造。
Development and applications of artificial sands used in casting were briefly introduced.Raw materials,producing processes,physical and chemical properties,and application of the artificial sands such as jewelry sand,CB sand,Spheresand sand,and ceramsite sand used in casting were introduced.The artificial sands have higher refractoriness,good particle form,lower thermal expansion coefficient,and chemical property close to neutrality,are applicable to almost all sand castings.
