摘要
依据模态分析理论分别建立了频域动载荷识别方法和时域动载荷识别方法,并将上述方法进行实例仿真计算及实验研究。实验结果表明,上述方法在板件实例仿真结果中误差较小,在磨床主轴频域动载荷识别达到预期结果,而时域动载荷识别误差较大。该方法研究可为后续消除主轴系统干扰及提高机床主轴动载荷识别精度提供参考。
Spindle is one of the core components of machine tool,and it is very important to study the spindle dynamic load identification for improving machine tool quality.The paper builds the frequency domain and time domain force identification methods which are used to calculate simulation plate and test machine tool grinding process.The results show that the simulation error is small and the experiment error is very large,which are the reference and foundation for eliminating the disturbance factors and improving the accuracy of machine tool spindle force identification.
