摘要
扬子鳄是我国特有的濒危物种,其野外种群数量不足300条,面临着野外灭绝的巨大风险。当前,逐步改善野生扬子鳄的栖息生境并积极实施野外放归工程已成为我国扬子鳄保护管理工作的重点内容。本文从种群遗传管理、栖息地生态修复、野外放归操作规范和野生扬子鳄资源本底调查四个方面介绍了安徽扬子鳄国家级自然保护区在实施扬子鳄野外放归工程方面的实践与探索,旨在总结经验,为我国濒危野生动物的保护工作提供参考。
Chinese alligator(Alligator sinensis),critically endangered and facing a huge risk of extinction in the wild,is a unique indigenous species in China with a wild population of less than 300.At present,gradually improving the habitats of the wild alligators and actively implementing the project"release into the wild"have become the conservation focus.In this paper,an introduction was made to the practice and exploration of the project"release of Chinese alligator into the wild"implemented in Anhui Chinese Alligator National Nature Reserve from four aspects including population genetic management,habitat restoration,release operation standard and inventory survey of wild alligators so as to summarize experience and provide reference for conservation of endangered wildlife in China.
