摘要
通过在等离子处理过程中控制一定电压,改变时间来研究等离子处理时间对涤纶纺黏胶非织造材料的拉伸强度、接触角、芯吸高度等性能影响规律。结果表明,等离子处理时间对涤纶纺黏胶非织造材料性能的影响规律起着关键因素,在相同电压下等离子处理的时间不同使涤纶纺黏胶非织造材料随着时间的增加而受损,从而使拉伸强力降低,但不影响涤纶非织造材料的正常使用;涤纶纺黏胶非织造材料的表面吸湿性能在一定时间内的等离子体处理后提高程度较大,在处理2 min时,材料表面的吸湿性能得到明显提高,随着时间增长,材料的吸湿性能变化程度降低;长时间的处理对增强材料的吸湿性能帮助并不大,只会使材料的受损变得更严重。
The effects of plasma treatment time on the tensile strength, contact angle and wicking height of polyester spunbond nonwovens were studied by controlling a certain voltage and changing different time during plasma treatment. The results show that the influence of plasma treatment time on the properties of polyester spunbond nonwovens is a key factor. The different plasma treatment time at the same voltage damages the polyester spunbond nonwovens with the increase of time, thus reducing the tensile strength, but not affecting the normal use of polyester nonwovens;The surface absorption of polyester spunbond nonwovens. The hygroscopicity of the material surface is obviously improved after the plasma treatment in a certain period of time. With the increase of time, the hygroscopicity of the material decreases. The hygroscopicity of the reinforcing material is not greatly improved by the long time treatment, and only the damage of the material becomes very serious.
