摘要
在现代化科技的引领下,我国的各行业的生产技术都有了大幅度提升,作为工业生产中常用的设备之一,对锅炉的整体性能和运行质量也有了更高的要求。锅炉企业也在生产中逐步融入了现代化的技术,初步取得了显著的成效。但是究其在工业中的重要作用,在使用中的安全性能必须要严格控制,尤其是在长时间的工作过程中,无可避免出现设备老化及裂痕问题,加大了设备运行中的安全风险。因此,要针对目前使用中经常遇到的问题,及时发现、分析问题产生原因,并积极寻求应对方案,从而有效提升锅炉的使用寿命,为工业生产提供强大的安全保障。
Under the guidance of modern science and technology,the production technology of all industries in our country has been greatly improved,as one of the commonly used equipment in industrial production,the overall performance and operation quality of the boiler also have higher requirements.Boiler enterprises also gradually integrated into the modern technology in production,initially achieved remarkable results.However,its important role in industry,in the use of safety performance must be strictly controlled,especially in the long working process,there are inevitably problems of equipment aging and cracks,which increases the safety risk in the operation of equipment.Therefore,it is necessary to address the current problems encountered in the use of timely find,analyze the cause of the problem,and actively seek the response plan,so as to effectively improve the service life of the boiler and provide a strong safety guarantee for industrial production.
