摘要
本研究在前人研究成果的基础上,制备了一种420注射成形用塑基喂料,分析了该喂料的热性能、均匀性,并检测了烧结坯的力学性能。结果表明420不锈钢零部件的烧结均匀性好,尺寸偏差小、精度高。
Based on the previous research results,a 420 injection molding plastic based feedstock was prepared.The thermal properties,homogeneity and the morphology of the debinding blank were analyzed,and the mechanical properties of the sintered blank were tested.The results show that 420 stainless steel parts have good sintering uniformity,small size deviation and high precision.
