摘要
在熔体直纺生产线上改造生产一步法低缩率涤纶混纤丝(ITY),对其成形加工条件及性能进行分析。研究表明:通过选择适宜的纺丝温度,设置不同的FDY和POY冷却风条件,设计双主网络,严格控制沿纺程的各组分张力,可以生产出优质的低缩率涤纶ITY;混纤比、网络设定、缩率控制对低缩率ITY性能影响较大。
The melt direct spinning production line was reformed to produce one-step low-shrinkage polyster intermingled textured yarn(ITY). The formation and properties of the yarn were analyzed. The results show that high-quality polyester ITY with low-shrinkage could be produced by using appropriate spinning temperature, selecting double intermingling jets, controlling tensions of all parts of yarns. The important factors affect the formation of polyester ITY with low-shrinkage are the rate of intermingle, the pressure of intermingling jets and the shrinkage control.
