摘要
氰氟草酯是芳氧苯氧丙酸类除草剂中唯一对水稻具有高度安全性的品种,其关键手性中间体(R)-2-(4-羟基苯氧基)丙酸常规合成工艺存在三废量大、收率低等问题。经过大量的研究开发出高选择性、低污染的绿色工艺;氰氟草酯工艺开发不但优化了常规醚化、酯化工艺方案,还结合了脂肪酶催化酯化方案,充分体现了清洁生产工艺的开发应用。
Cyhalofop-butyl is the only one herbicide of aryloxyphenoxypropionic acid that is highly safe to rice. The key chiral intermediate is(R)-2-(4-hydroxyphenoxy) propionic acid that its conventional synthetic process products large waste with low yield. After a lot of research and development, a high-selectivity, low-pollution green process has been developed. The preparation of cyhalofop-butyl not only optimizes the conventional etherification and esterification process, but also combines fat enzyme-catalyzed esterification that fully reflects the development and application of Cleaner Production processes.
