摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒超声及钼靶X射线检查在乳腺癌诊断中的应用价值,为临床诊断方法的选择提供参考。方法选取2018年1月至2019年6月在我院就诊的乳腺疾病患者76例为研究对象,所有患者均行彩色多普勒超声及钼靶X射线检查,并详细记录影像学资料,将检查结果与病理学检查结果进行比较。结果76例乳腺疾病患者中,确诊乳腺癌患者31例,其余45例为乳腺良性肿瘤患者。联合检查的准确率为93.42%(71/76),高于彩色多普勒超声的75.00%(57/76)及钼靶X射线检查的84.21%(64/76),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合检查诊断乳腺癌的灵敏度和特异度高于单一彩色多普勒超声检查和单一钼靶X射线检查,但仅灵敏度存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声和钼靶X射线检查在乳腺癌的诊断中均有一定的优势,二者联合使用可有效提高乳腺癌的诊断准确率。
Objective To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum target X-ray examination in the diagnosis of breast cancer, and to provide reference for the selection of clinical diagnosis methods.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019, 76 patients with breast diseases treated in our hospital were selected as the research objects. All patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum target X-ray, and the imaging data were recorded in detail, and the examination results were compared with the pathological examination results. Results Among 76 patients with breast diseases, 31 cases were diagnosed as breast cancer, the other 45 cases as benign breast cancer. The accuracy of the combined examination was 93.42%(71/76), which was higher than 75.00%(57/76) of color Doppler ultrasound and 84.21%(64/76) of molybdenum target X-ray examination(P<0.05). The sensitivity and specificity of combined examination in the diagnosis of breast cancer were higher than that of single color Doppler ultrasound and single molybdenum target X-ray examination, but there was only significant difference in sensitivity(P<0.05). Conclusion Both color Doppler ultrasound and molybdenum target X-ray examination have certain advantages in the diagnosis of breast cancer, and the combination of the two methods can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy of breast cancer.
