摘要
基于新形势下工程经济管理中存在的风险,对其产生的原因进行分析,并提出完善项目准备工作、加强施工过程的质量管理、健全工程经济管理制度、建立风险监控预警机制等策略,促进工程经济管理适应新常态下的工作。
Based on the risks existing in the engineering economic management in the new situation,this paper analyzes the causes of the risks,and puts forward strategies such as improving the project preparations,strengthening the quality management in the construction process,improving the engineering economic management system,establishing the risk monitoring and early warning mechanism,so as to promote the engineering economic management to adapt to the work under the new normal.
