摘要
密封模块作为一种新型密封元件,常用于插入密封,而传统堵塞器的密封元件一般采用O形密封圈,在实际使用过程中易失效。本文从密封模块在堵塞器上的应用入手,提出了将密封模块在堵塞器上应用的思路,并通过有限元计算开展了分析工作,为堵塞器优化设计提供了一个新的方向。
As a new type of sealing element,the sealing module is often used to insert the seal,while the traditional sealing element of the plug usually uses O-ring,which is easy to fail in the actual use.This paper starts with the application of the sealing module in the plug,puts forward the idea of applying the sealing module in the plug,and carries out the analysis work through the finite element calculation,which provides a new direction for the optimization design of the plug.
