摘要
目的:探讨中医情志护理在改善肝硬化消化道出血患者的不良情绪和提高生活质量中的作用.方法:选取笔者所在医院消化内科2018年11月-2019年5月收治的肝硬化消化道出血患者82例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各41例.对照组给予常规治疗+基础护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加用中医情志护理干预,比较两组护理效果、自我护理能力评分、止血时间、负性情绪和生活质量评分、护理满意度.结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组ESCA评分和SF-36评分均较干预前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后两组SAS和SDS评分均较干预前降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组止血时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为90.24%,高于对照组的73.17%(P<0.05).结论:采用中医情志护理干预肝硬化消化道出血患者可提高护理效果和满意度,还可提高自我护理能力,缩短止血时间,缓解患者负性情绪,提高生活质量,应用价值显著.
Objective:To explore the role of emotional nursing of TCM in improving the bad mood and quality of life of patients with digestive tract hemorrhage due to liver cirrhosis.Method:A total of 82 patients with digestive tract hemorrhage due to liver cirrhosis in our hospital from November 2018 to May 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with random number table method,41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment+basic nursing intervention,and the observation group was given emotional nursing of TCM on the basis of the control group.Nursing effect,selfcare ability scores,hemostasis time,negative emotions and quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of ESCA and SF-36 of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of SAS and SDS of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).And the hemostasis time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 90.24%,which was higher than 73.17%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The emotional nursing of TCM for patients with digestive tract hemorrhage due to liver cirrhosis can improve the nursing effect and satisfaction.It can improve self-care ability,shorten hemostasis time,and alleviate negative emotions and improve quality of life,with significant application value.
