摘要
目的:研究精细化护理联合依托考昔对急性主动脉夹层患者预后的影响.方法:选取2018年9月-2019年8月笔者所在医院心内科收治的主动脉夹层患者58例,随机分为对照组及研究组,每组29例;对照组给予一般常规护理,研究组在一般常规护理的基础上给予精细化护理,同时两组患者入院后即遵医嘱给予口服依托考昔,1次/d,2片/次,观察两组低氧血症(指脉氧血氧饱和度低于90%)发生率、并发症发生率及护理满意度情况.结果:研究组患者低氧血症发生率、并发症发生率均低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:精细化护理联合依托考昔可明显改善急性主动脉夹层患者预后,可降低患者低氧血症发生率,降低患者并发症发生率,提高患者护理满意度,有极高的临床应用价值.
Objective:To study the effect of refined nursing combined with Etoricoxib on the prognosis of patients with acute aortic dissection.Method:A total of 58 patients with aortic dissection admitted to our department of Cardiology from September 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into the control group(n=29)and the study group(n=29).The control group was given general routine nursing,and the study group was given refined nursing on the basis of general routine nursing.At the same time,two groups of patients were given oral Etoricoxib once a day after admission,2 tablets/time.The incidence of hypoxemia,complications and nursing satisfaction were observed in the two groups.Result:The incidence of hypoxemia and the incidence of complications in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Refined nursing combined with Etoricoxib can significantly improve the prognosis of patients with acute aortic dissection,reduce the incidence of hypoxemia,reduce the incidence of complications,improve the satisfaction of patients,and have high clinical value.
