摘要
结合大藤峡水利枢纽建设管理实际,分析了大藤峡工程初设概算管理费执行过程中存在的主要问题,通过对工程建设期管理费内容进行梳理以及管理费投资进行分析后,提出了水利工程初设概算中管理费相关改进措施。
Based on the actual construction and management of Datengxia Hydraulic Project,this paper describes the main problems in the execution of the management fee in the initial budget estimate of Datengxia Project.After sorting out the contents of the management fee during the construction period and analyzing the investment of the management fee,the improvement measures related to the management fee in the initial budget estimate of Datengxia Hydraulic Project were put forward.
