摘要 为了全面了解焊接过程,开发了一种基于STM32F103VBT6单片机的焊接监测系统。系统包括主控模块、电源模块、显示模块、焊机电流电压采集模块、存储模块以及数据传输模块。设备可通过外接扫码枪扫描二维码获取工人、焊缝、焊材的信息;通过电压采集装置和电流采集装置获取焊机的工作电压和电流数据;通过WiFi网络将数据上传监控中心进行工作数据统计分析和实时监测,同时管理人员可通过上位机界面在线查看。应用结果表明,该系统设计合理,运行可靠,实用性较高。 In order to monitor welding process comprehensively,a monitoring system for welding based on STM32F103VBT6 is designed in this paper,which includes main control module,power module,display module,welding current and voltage acquisition module,storage module and data transmission module.Firstly,the information of workers,welds and welding materials can be obtained through external barcode scanner.Then,the voltage and current of the welding machine are collected by the voltage and current acquisition module and uploaded to the monitoring center through WiFi network for statistical analysis and real-time monitoring.Meanwhile,manager can view these information online through the human-computer interaction interface.Finally,the effectiveness and practicability of the developed system are verified through practical application.
