摘要
针对GB 50017-2003《钢结构设计规范》、GB 50205-2001《钢结构工程施工质量验收规范》、GB 50661-2011《钢结构焊接规范》、GB/T 11345-89《钢焊缝手工超声波探伤方法和探伤结果分级》与GB/T 19418-2003《钢的弧焊接头缺陷质量分级指南》、GB/T 11345-2013《焊缝无损检测超声检测技术、检测等级和评定》、GB/T 29712-2013《焊缝无损检测超声检测验收等级》等规范,对建筑钢结构焊缝从焊缝设计等级、检测标准、评价标准和验收标准不匹配的问题进行探讨,提出了焊缝检测存在的诸多困惑和后续处理建议。
This article focuses on mismatches among the weld design grade,test standard,evaluation standard and acceptance standard based onGB 50017-2003 "Standard for Design of Steel Structures",GB 50205-2001"Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structures",GB 50661-2011"Code for Welding of Steel Structures",GB/T 11345-1989 "Method for Manual Ultrasonic Testing and Classification of Testing Results for Ferritic Steel Welds" and GB/T 19418-2003 "Arc-welded Joints in Steel-Guidance on Quality Levels for Imperfections",GB/T 11345-2013 "Non-destructive Testing of Welds-Ultrasonic Testing-Techniques,Testing Levels and Assessment",GB/T 29712-2013"Non-destructive Testing of Welds-Ultrasonic TestingAcceptance Levels",then raising questions about weld testing and providing some recommendations for further treatment.
