摘要
近年,环保要求日渐严格,在国家的大力整治下,大量违规生产混凝土原材料企业被关停、取缔,环境状况得到极大改善。同时预拌混凝土生产原材料出现供不应求、质量下降等现象,给预拌混凝土生产质量控制带来很大压力。论文分析、阐述了当前预拌混凝土生产原材料质量现状,针对各种材料存在的问题,提出了有效的防范、控制措施,其做法可供预拌混凝土企业生产质量控制借鉴。
In recent years,environmental protection requirements are increasingly strict,in the country’s vigorous rectification,a large number of illegal production of concrete raw materials enterprises were closed,banned,the environmental situation has been greatly improved. At the same time,the raw material of ready-mixed concrete production is in short supply and the quality is decreasing,which brings great pressure to the quality control of ready-mixed concrete production. This paper analyzes and expounds the current situation of raw material quality in the production of ready mixed concrete,in view of the problems existing in various materials,it puts forward effective preventive and control measures,which can be used for reference in the production quality control of ready mixed concrete enterprises.
