Delaying retirement has been a topic of constant concern in the media and workers.People's life expectancy and years of education are constantly increasing,leading to increased labor costs,pension deficits,and wasted talent.This paper analyzes the problems of the current retirement age and gives a feasibility suggestion to extend China's statutory retirement age policy.
