摘要 综述了大蒜来源有机硫化物与动脉粥样硬化、高血压、心肌肥厚与心力衰竭、心肌梗死等心血管疾病的关系的研究进展,为大蒜及其相关硫化物对心血管系统的分子机制研究提供科学依据。 This paper summarized recent advances of garlic-derived organic sulfides in atherosclerosis,hypertension,cardiac hypertrophy and heart failure,myocardial infarction and other cardiovascular diseases,and provided novel ideas and directions for molecular mechanism of garlic and its related sulfur compounds in cardiovascular system.
