摘要
党支部是高校思想政治工作的基层党组织,教工、研究生、本科生党支部在发挥战斗堡垒作用中发挥着各自的重要作用,创新高校的党支部设置,是高校思想政治工作的必由之路。本文分析了教工、研究生、本科生党支部的特点,为了加强师生关系,提出了由高校教工、研究生、本科生联合成立纵向党支部的建议。
The Party branch is the grass-roots Party organization of ideological and political work in colleges and universities.The Party branches of teachers,postgraduates and undergraduates play an important role in playing the role of battle fortress.It is the only way for ideological and political work in colleges and universities to innovate the Party branch setup.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the Party branch of the faculty,graduate students and undergraduates.In order to strengthen the relationship between teachers and students,it puts forward some suggestions on the joint establishment of the vertical Party branch of the faculty,graduate students and undergraduates.
