摘要
目的探讨在肺癌合并阻塞性肺炎的治疗中,采用盐酸氨溴索的治疗效果。方法将本院2018年1月至2018年12月收治的60例肺癌合并阻塞性肺炎患者随机分成研究组(n=30)与对照组(n=30)。对照组给予患者行常规手术及抗菌药物治疗,研究组则在对照组的治疗基础上,为患者加用盐酸氨溴索静脉注射治疗,观察两组患者症状改善情况、血气指标改变及病灶吸收情况。结果研究组患者咳嗽、咳痰、肺部啰音及住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗1个月后,两组患者血氧分压(PaO 2)、血氧饱和度(SaO 2)与氧合指数(PaO 2/FiO 2)各项血气指标水平均较治疗前升高,但研究组升高幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗1 w后有效率为86.67%,显著高于对照组56.67%的有效率(P<0.05)。结论对肺癌合并阻塞性肺炎的患者,在常规手术及抗菌药物治疗的基础上,加用盐酸氨溴索治疗可取得显著的疗效,促进患者症状缓解及改善患者肺功能,提高病灶吸收及改善炎症,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of lung cancer with obstructive pneumonia.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,60 cases of lung cancer with obstructive pneumonia in our hospital were randomly divided into study group(n=30)and control group(n=30).Patients in the control group were given routine surgery and antimicrobial treatment,while those in the study group,on the basis of the treatment of the control group,were given an intravenous injection of ambroxol hydrochloride.Improvement of symptoms,changes of blood gas indexes and absorption of lesions in the two groups were observed.Results Cough,expectoration,lung rale and hospitalization time in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the blood pressure(PaO 2),blood oxygen saturation(SaO 2)and oxygen index(PaO 2/FiO 2)of the two groups were all higher than those before treatment,but the rise in the study group was significantly greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate was 86.67%in the study group after treatment for 1 week,which was significantly higher than that(56.67%)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with lung cancer combined with obstructive pneumonia,on the basis of routine surgery and antimicrobial therapy,ambroxol hydrochloride treatment can achieve significant curative effect,promoting the relief of symptoms and improving the lung function,enhancing the absorption of lesions and promoting inflammation,which is worthy of popularization.
