摘要
针对1000MW超超临界汽轮机低负荷低压缸效率降低影响经济性的问题。为了提高汽轮机低负荷经济性,本文提出了汽轮机低压缸进汽流量控制3种新的技术方案,利用国华研究院和西安交通大学开发的TPIS(热力系统计算软件)热力计算数据平台计算结果,对汽轮机低压缸进汽流量调节3种技术方案特性中的低压缸布置、进汽调节等技术特点、可靠性进行分析比较。研究结果表明:3种技术方案均可行,且均可显著提高汽轮机低负荷经济性,突破传统凝汽式低压缸进汽不可调节的途径,对于机组深度调峰具有指导作用。
Aiming at the problem of the reduction of low load low pressure cylinder of 1000MW Ultra Super⁃critical Steam Turbine affects the economy,in order to improve the low load economy of the steam turbine,this paper proposes three new technical schemes for the control of the inlet steam flow of the low pressure cylinder of the steam turbine.By using the calculation results of the thermal calculation data platform of TPIS(thermal system calculation software)developed by Guohua Research Institute and Xi'an Jiaotong Uni⁃versity,the low pressure cylinder arrangement,the inlet steam regulation and other technologies in the three technical scheme characteristics of the low pressure cylinder of the steam turbine are discussed,the techni⁃cal characteristics and reliability were analyzed and compared.The study results show that the three techni⁃cal schemes are feasible,and can significantly improve the low load economy of steam turbine,break through the traditional way that the inlet steam of low pressure cylinder of condensing type can't be adjust⁃ed,and have a guiding role for the deep peak regulation of the units.
