Effect of Q-P-T process on microstructure and mechanical properties of 30CrMo steel

摘要 利用光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和力学性能测试等研究了不同Q-P-T热处理工艺对30CrMo钢微观组织和力学性能的影响。在实验研究结果的基础上,给出了一种优化的Q-P-T热处理工艺,即:淬火温度为260℃,配分温度为400℃,配分时间为60 s。结果表明:在优化的Q-P-T热处理工艺下,30CrMo钢中的残留奥氏体最多,残留奥氏体不再以薄膜的形式而是以薄片的形式分布在马氏体之间,且残留奥氏体的体积分数约为9.5%,抗拉强度约为1425 MPa,伸长率约为13.5%,强塑积约为19237 MPa·%,其综合力学性能得到较大幅度提高。 The effects of different Q-P-T heat treatment processes on microstructure and mechanical properties of 30 CrMo steel were studied by means of optical microscope(OM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), transmission electron microscopy(TEM), X-ray diffractometer(XRD) and mechanical properties test. On the basis of experimental results, an optimized Q-P-T heat treatment process is given, that is, quenching temperature is 260 ℃, partition temperature is 400 ℃, and partition time is 60 s. The results show that under the optimized Q-P-T heat treatment process, the amount of the retained austenite in the 30 CrMo steel is the most, the retained austenite is no longer in the form of thin film but in the form of flake distributed in the martensite, and the volume fraction of the retained austenite is about 9.5%. The tensile strength and elongation of the steel are about 1425 MPa and 13.5%, respectively, and the product of strength and elongation is about 19237 MPa·%, and thus the comprehensive mechanical properties of the 30 CrMo steel are greatly improved.
