摘要
350公里标准化动车组牵引机箱间断焊部位施胶密封后,喷涂油漆,针对密封胶层出现的油漆开裂问题,进行了工作试件验证,并模拟产品的实际应用环境,进行过程跟踪。验证了不同胶粘剂的固化、收缩率、温度变化等特性,并通过分析产品的结构特点,确定胶粘剂特性与油漆开裂之间的关系。找到了油漆层开裂的主要原因,从而制定了有效的控制措施。
After the intermittent welding part of traction case of 350 km standardized EMU was sealed with adhesive,the paint was sprayed. Aiming at the problem of paint cracking on sealant layer,the working test verification was carried out. The practical application environment of the product was simulated,and the process tracking was conducted. The properties of different adhesives,such as curing,shrinkage and temperature changes were verified. Through analyzing the structural characteristics of the product,the relationship between adhesive properties and paint cracking was determined. The main causes of the cracking of paint layer were found,thus effective control measures were formulated.
