助磨剂对氧化铁矿石磨矿动力学行为的影响 被引量:7

摘要 为了提高氧化铁矿石的磨矿效率,研究NM-3、油酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、氟硅酸钠、乙酸铵和羧甲基纤维素钠对氧化铁矿石的助磨效果;基于均匀试验设计方法,确定添加乙酸铵和NM-3的最佳质量分数;在添加与不添加助磨剂情况下,针对氧化铁矿石分别进行分批磨矿试验,分析助磨剂对氧化铁矿石磨矿速度的影响。研究结果表明:无机助磨剂中焦磷酸钠和乙酸铵的助磨效果较好,有机助磨剂中NM-3的助磨效果较好;NM-3和乙酸铵共同使用助磨效果最好,添加NM-3和乙酸铵的最佳质量分数分别为0.30%和0.13%;添加NM-3和乙酸铵与不添加助磨剂相比,粗粒级和细粒级磨矿速度均显著提高。 In order to improve the grinding efficiency of oxidized iron ore,the grinding effects of NM-3,sodium oleate,sodium hexametaphosphate,sodium fluosilicate,ammonium acetate and sodium carboxymethylcellulose on oxidized iron ore were studied.Based on the method of uniform design,the optimal mass fractions of ammonium acetate and NM-3 were determined.Under the conditions of adding or not adding grinding aids,the batch grinding tests were carried out for oxidized iron ore,and the influence of grinding aids on grinding speed of oxidized iron ore was analyzed.The results show that the grinding effect of sodium pyrophosphate and ammonium acetate in inorganic grinding aid is better,and that of NM-3 in organic grinding aid is better.The best grinding effect is obtained when NM-3 and ammonium acetate are used together,and the best mass fractions of NM-3 and ammonium acetate are 0.30%and 0.13%,respectively.The grinding speeds of coarse-grained and fine-grained grinding are significantly improved when NM-3 and ammonium acetate are added compared with that without grinding aid.
